13.5 miles today. it was pretty flat with a couple of climbs. We were expecting rain but it didn’t start raining until we got to Melide. Melide is where the Camino Primitivo and the Camino Frances meet so when we got here we found that we were amid a huge number of new faces from the Frances. It will definitely be less peaceful from here to Santiago. After about 180 walking miles, our feet are feeling it. Only 35 to go over the next 3 days.
What an amazing journey!!!! The trip of a lifetime and a blessing to be healthy enough to accomplish it.
