It was a nice 17.5 miles today from Lugo- mostly flat with a few hills. We left before the sun came up. The scenery is so different in this part of the Camino. We walked a lot on roads but some pretty paths. We passed eucalyptus forests that were definitely planted in rows. Wonder what they do with harvested eucalyptus. We are seeing these other structures that look like they have some religious significance because they have crosses on the top. The hostess here in Ferreira said they are for drying grains but I’m not so sure.
