Well we deviated from the plan today. It was pouring rain in Bilbao and we were exhausted. I felt like a wimp, but we took a bus to Castro Urdiales. I was soaked by the time we got 15 minutes on the bike to the bus station. It was a little stressful since the bus bypassed Castro Urdiales though it was scheduled to stop there, let us off in Loredo and we had to find another bus that would take our bikes and us back to Castro Urdiales. In hindsight, it was a good move. We got a good day of rest and delicious food and we are ready for a very hilly and wet day tomorrow to Noja. We went to Sunday Mass tonight since we have to leave early tomorrow. It has been nice to also attend daily Mass most days and try to pray the rosary in the churches, often in Spanish. We are praying for you all. Castro Urdiales is a beautiful seaside town with a cathedral from the 13th century.

Tough day. But glad you were able to make it work! Thanks for your prayers!
Looks like one town after the other.
Old, old buildings. Beautiful churches.
Praying for you too.
